The Role: Trials Manager

We're looking for a bold and passionate Trials Manager to design, execute, and scale our product trials across Thailand and Southeast Asia. This is not just agronomy-as-usual. It’s a chance to build the scientific foundation for a regenerative revolution — from rice and sugarcane to durian and beyond.

You'll lead our product testing work across farms, coordinating with dozens of growers, research partners, and internal product teams. You’ll need grit, scientific rigor, and the adaptability of a startup operator.
