We are looking for the position of Trilingual Quality Analyst , who achieves the targets given by the client as well as internal targets to ensure that goals are achieved at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and implementing quality management procedures and systems.
• To review business statistics.
• To determine and document any areas that may need improvement.
• To review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
• To review and analyze the effectiveness of the modifications made.
• Effective communication and report writing skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.
• BQ Management.
• Transaction Monitoring.
• To do TNI when required.
• Quality Calibrations.
• Knowledge Calibration.
