TRIRIGA Helpdesk Mailbox Management Professional (Hybrid) Location:  Toronto downtown - hybrid 
Duration:  Initially 1 year 
Base pay range:  $55.00/hr - $55.00/hr 
Job Description Monitor and manage the TRIRIGA Helpdesk mailbox, ensuring timely and effective responses to queries and issues. 
Coordinate with business partners, technology teams, and vendors to resolve TRIRIGA-related incidents and requests. 
Maintain documentation and reporting related to TRIRIGA support activities. 
Identify and escalate risks or recurring issues related to TRIRIGA to the appropriate stakeholders. 
Required Experience 5+ years of relevant experience  in business application management, ideally with exposure to TRIRIGA or similar enterprise applications.
