Truck Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the logistics Supervisor and to the Driver's and Helper's all the bookings and deliveries.

• Assists in all Depot to monitor all the bookings on the given working schedule.

• Ensure that dispatching are properly implemented and monitored.

• Monitor the deliveries and ensure it was properly and completely delivered on time.

• Responsible in escalating the concerns of truckers in the depot.

• Coordinate with the Logistics Supervisor for any problems found in units.

• Report erring employees to the Logistics Supervisor for immediate disciplinary action

• Responsible of releasing budget allowance to the driver's

• Ensure that the daily attendance of dispatch is written accordingly and be submitted on time to the office and HR office.
