Truck Dispatcher

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Truck Dispatcher role based in Chiniot. The Truck Dispatcher will coordinate daily freight movements, schedule and assign drivers, and ensure timely pickup and delivery of loads. Responsibilities include communicating with drivers and clients, monitoring routes and shipment statuses, updating transportation management systems, and resolving delays or issues in real time. The role involves maintaining accurate records, verifying load information, and collaborating with operations and customer service teams to meet service level expectations. The Truck Dispatcher will also support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant transportation regulations, while contributing to an efficient and professional dispatch operation.
