Job Description:
4 Wheels Dispatch is looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of U.S. trucking operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage drivers and loads efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch trucks and coordinate loads across the U.S.
Communicate with drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
Plan routes and monitor driver performance
Handle load scheduling, updates, and issue resolution
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Coordinate with brokers, shippers, and internal teams
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Truck Dispatcher (required)
Strong understanding of U.S. trucking and dispatch operations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple drivers
