Affinity Xperts is a growing company looking to hire a reliable and experienced Truck Dispatcher to assist with booking loads, negotiating rates, and supporting daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands the trucking business and can help maximize truck revenue while maintaining strong driver communication.
Responsibilities
Book and negotiate loads using DAT and broker relationships
Plan and optimize routes for company drivers and owner-operators
Communicate daily with drivers regarding load details, pickup/drop times, and expectations
Track trucks and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
Handle basic issue resolution (detention, layovers, reschedules)
Maintain load details and updates in our system
Work closely with management to meet weekly revenue targets
