Truck Driver

A Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating heavy-duty vehicles to transport goods, adhering to traffic laws, performing vehicle inspections, and maintaining accurate logs. Key duties include securing cargo, managing delivery schedules, communicating with dispatchers, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection, Maintenance, Safety and Compliance – conducting pre and post trip inspection of the vehicle and ensures that the vehicle has the necessary operating permit and other safety equipment, including the driver's license and other necessary documentations
• Cargo Management – helps on the loading and unloading of products to prevent damages
• Documentation & Logging – Maintaining accurate electronic or paper logbooks (hours of service), mileage records, fuel consumption, and delivery paperwork.
