• Ensure a sufficient fleet of trucks is available to meet daily operational requirements.
• Monitor truck utilization rates and adjust to avoid delays or shortages.
• Coordinate with drivers, 3PL management team, and Mid Mile deployment team to optimize truck deployment.
• Develop and manage a scheduling system to allocate trucks for various tasks and routes.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and manage truck fleet resources effectively.
