Job Description
- Monitor all containerized shipments.
- Prepare monitoring for trucking trips.
- Request delivery addresses and advise the client before the scheduled delivery.
- Ensure the release and delivery of containerized shipments without incurring any incurring charges.
- Responsible for planning trucking trips or routes.
- Handle booking and pre-advise procedures.
- Secure EIR/DR and forward them to accounting.
- Update the secretariat regarding delivered shipments.
- Prepare the Delivery Receipt.
- Prepare a daily report for pull-outs and remaining gate passes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for deliveries.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
