Trucking Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch trucks for inbound and outbound shipments
• Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers
• Monitor shipment progress and provide real-time updates to clients
• Ensure that all deliveries are delivered with company policies & safe.
• Prepare and review transportation documents (BOLs, rate confirmations, PODs)
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, breakdowns, and routing changes
• Optimize routes and loads to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Maintain accurate transportation records in logistics systems
• Communicate with warehouse and operations teams to align shipping schedules

Required Qualifications
