**Job Description**
This role focuses on building high-quality trusses and wall panels for residential and commercial new construction projects in a fast-paced production environment. You will use hand and power tools, follow detailed work instructions, and work at various stations to assemble structural components that meet precise measurements and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble trusses and wall panels by placing parts in the specified relationship to each other according to work instructions and production requirements.
+ Bolt, clip, screw, cement, or otherwise fasten parts together using appropriate hand and power tools to create secure and accurate assemblies.
+ Cut materials to specific measurements as needed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to production specifications.
+ Inspect products during and after assembly, removing defective products as needed to maintain quality standards.
