Trust Account Analyst

To provide support to the Marketing and Account Management teams in the execution of account-related activities, including account opening, client retention, and account growth, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

Account Opening & Documentation

• Prepare all documents required for client account opening in accordance with the Trust Investment Group (TIG) checklist.
• Encode relevant client information into the Trust System and assign client codes.
• Ensure all agreements are properly notarized and distributed to concerned parties.
• Review client-submitted documents for completeness and compliance with BSP regulations.

Transaction Processing

• Encode trust transactions in the Trust System, including placements, terminations, rollovers, and repricing.
• Match trading orders with the Schedule of Maturities.
