Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all facets of the Trust Accounting function are completed in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Ensure that Trust Accounting clients are provided with exceptional customer service by ensuring queries are responded to within the agreed time frames, any client escalations are dealt with quickly and effectively.
• Daily recording of receipts from tenants-Daily bank reconciliation
• Performing payment runs-Processing tenant and property maintenance
• Liaising with clients
• Clarifies any unusual or unclear information with the client.
• Monthly tenant invoice generation.
• Month end processing and report generation.
• Monthly KPI indicator reports.
• Entering accounts payable invoices.
• Entering accounts receivable invoices.
• Preparation of annual outgoings reconciliations
