We are seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Trust Accountant with specific experience in the Australian legal sector to manage our firm's financial operations. This part-time role is focused on the precision-heavy task of Trust Account management, which is the most critical aspect of our financial compliance. You will be responsible for the meticulous recording, reconciliation, and segregation of client funds in strict accordance with Australian state-specific Legal Practice Rules (e.g., Law Society requirements). Beyond trust accounting, you will manage standard office bookkeeping, payroll, and statutory reporting, ensuring the firm remains fully compliant with ATO obligations.
