Overview

Solus Trust Company (STC) is an affiliate of Raymond James Ltd (RJL), offering tailored estate, trust, and agency services to RJL clients and others referred via financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Trust Services Team to deliver client‑service excellence.
• Follow all STC processes and policies.
• Support Senior Trust Officers and Trust Officers with administrative account and client support.
• Maintain and update all account and client records, files, and communication.
• Provide timely and accurate administrative support for fiduciary and agency accounts.
• Onboard new trust company accounts in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, risk and compliance processes to safeguard assets and ensure privacy law compliance.
• Support the Estate & Trust Solutions Team with Will Bank administrations and new client onboarding.
