Job Description

We are looking for a Trust Officer for an important group in Geneva.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, that includes companies, trusts, and other institutions with international orientations.
• Make sure compliance concerning financial, regulatory and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with tax and legal advisors to restructure and implement fiduciary solutions.
• Prepare corporate files like trust deeds, resolutions, loan agreements and powers of attorney for Trust and Corporate.
• Overlook accounting processes, such as financial statement.
• Maintain accuracy records and files for all clients.
• Act as first contact for clients, bankers, and other parties.
• Provide assistance to the Legal and Compliance Office maintaining process regarding compliance.
