Trust Officer

We are a full service law firm in Switzerland with significant international matters, which also provides trustee service through its fully owned Swiss trust company.

We are currently looking for a Trust Officer to join our trust company, L&S Trust Services SA in Geneva.

As a trust officer you will be responsible for carrying out the administration of our trust, foundation and company structures. Your role involves, amongst others:

• Ensuring that our structures are AML and AEOI compliant by maintaining up to date records and carrying out customer due diligence measures;
• Conducting CRS and FATCA reporting on onshore and offshore portals;
• Responding to KYC and Compliance requests from various counterparties, including banks and corporate service providers;
• Assuming and coordinating day-to-day administrative responsibilities for our trusts, foundations and companies;
