We’re seeking an experienced Trust Operations Unit Head to lead the operational backbone of our Trust Department. This role oversees daily operations, compliance, accounting, and administrative functions — ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency in all trust‑related transactions.

What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic oversight of trust operations, accounting, and cashiering functions.

• Ensure compliance with BSP regulations, AML/KYC protocols, and internal governance standards.

• Supervise transaction recording, reconciliations, and reporting to clients, regulators, and management.

• Lead risk mitigation, process improvements, and audit responses.

• Manage administrative functions including safekeeping of securities, cash management, and reporting.

• Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service quality.
