Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership & Business Development

• Formulate and execute the company's long-term strategic goals and annual business plans to increase Assets Under Administration (AUA).
• Identify and penetrate new market segments, including Family Trusts, Corporate Trusteeships, and Private Wealth structures.

• Cultivate and manage strategic alliances with private banks, law firms, and accounting firms to drive referrals.

• Fiduciary Oversight & Compliance

• Ensure absolute compliance with the Trust Companies Act 1949, Capital Markets and Services Act 2007, and AMLA/CFT regulations.

• Oversee the Risk Management framework to safeguard client assets and the firm's reputation.

• Act as the final point of escalation for complex legal and regulatory matters.
