Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Technical Services Department, including planning, organizing, and supervising technical staff.
Oversee food safety , quality assurance , and regulatory compliance in all production areas.
Develop, implement, and maintain technical standards , SOPs , and quality systems in alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
Support new product development (NPD) and process improvement initiatives in coordination with R&D and Production teams.
Ensure compliance with HACCP , GMP , ISO , and other relevant food safety management systems.
Provide technical training and guidance to production teams to ensure consistent adherence to quality and safety procedures.
