Insight Global is seeking a NET/NEF Team Lead to support a large government customer in Alexandria, VA. This role is responsible for leading the planning and execution of new equipment testing and fielding, ensuring smooth integration into existing operations. The ideal candidate will drive coordination across teams, manage timelines, and ensure equipment is deployed safely and effectively.
Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of new equipment testing (NET) and fielding (NEF) efforts
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements in coordination with leadership
Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of new equipment at various sites
Ensure smooth transition of new equipment into operations with minimal disruption
