Tube mill machine operator

Operate and adjust Tube Mill machine according to production requirements. Monitor the forming and High Frequency (HF) welding process, ensuring pipe quality.

Inspect dimensions and quality using measuring tools. Perform roll changes as per production schedule. Handle minor machine issues and report technical faults.

Adhere to safety procedures. Organize and package pipes, and record daily production data.

Previous experience operating Tube Mill machines or in pipe manufacturing. Knowledge of welding, forming, and quality inspection processes.Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.Commitment to safety and quality instructions.
