Tunnel Manager

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Tunnel Manager to join a major tunnelling project in Vancouver . This is a senior‑level role, suited for a proven leader in underground construction with extensive experience in tunnel boring machine (TBM) operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of tunnel construction, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality targets are met
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily tunnel operations
• Coordinate closely with project engineers, designers, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements
• Monitor TBM performance and adjust operations as required>

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12 years' experience in tunnelling or underground construction projects
• Proven leadership experience in a Tunnel Manager or similar senior role
