Turnover Quality Engineer

The Turnover Quality Engineer serves as the representative of RLC Residences during the physical turnover of unit to the buyer. S/he is responsible in ensuring that the unit is ready for turnover within the prescribed timeline from date of approval for move in. S/he also assists in the preparation of new projects prior to start of turnover such as, but not limited to the inspection of units and common areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
• Open to fresh graduates, but experience in a similar field is a definite advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willing to be assigned at project sites (Metro Manila residential properties)
