Turnover Quality Specialist

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Must have a PRC License
Open to Fresh Graduates, but experience in the related field is a definite advantage
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Should be flexible to take on assignments in different properties of RLC Residences (around Pasig or Cainta area)
Job Description:
serves as the representative of RLC during the physical turnover of unit to the buyer.
S/he is responsible in ensuring that the unit is ready for turnover within the prescribed timeline from date of approval for move in.
S/he also assists in the preparation of new projects prior to start of turnover such as, but not limited to the inspection of units and common areas.
