Turnover Quality Specialist

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Must have a PRC License
• Open to Fresh Graduates, but experience in the related field is a definite advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Should be flexible to take on assignments in different properties of RLC Residences (mostly South area: Paranaque, Taguig, Cavite, etc.)

Job Description:

• serves as the representative of RLC during the physical turnover of unit to the buyer.
• S/he is responsible in ensuring that the unit is ready for turnover within the prescribed timeline from date of approval for move in.
• S/he also assists in the preparation of new projects prior to start of turnover such as, but not limited to the inspection of units and common areas.
