Role overview
You'll help ensure tutors deliver consistently excellent lessons by reviewing lesson quality, coaching tutors to improve, and supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new tutors.

Key responsibilities

• Review recorded/live lessons against a quality checklist and write clear feedback.
• Coach tutors (1:1 and in small groups) on teaching methods, lesson structure, engagement, pace, and behaviour management.
• Track tutor performance and follow up on agreed action points and improvement plans.
• Support tutor recruitment: screening, shortlisting, interviews, and teaching demonstrations.
• Onboard new tutors with training, resources, and ongoing check-ins.
• Maintain simple reporting on quality trends, tutor strengths, and recurring issues.
