We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Tutor/Assistant Teacher to join our team at Pace Academy in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tutoring and classroom assistance to support the academic growth and development of our students.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions to students, tailoring your approach to their individual learning needs
• Provide classroom assistance to the lead teacher, supporting lesson planning, resource preparation, and student supervision
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to aid their academic development
• Collaborate with the teaching team to implement innovative teaching methods and strategies
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
• Participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities
