Tutor/Teacher - Part time

Sylvan teachers are responsible for creating a positive personal learning experience for students  in Kindergarten through Grade 12 in Reading, Writing and Math. All students are taught in a small student-teacher ratio, and using Sylvan program materials.

We differ from other tutoring centres in that we provide you with the materials to teach. No lesson planning, parent meetings or take-home work! Our Burnaby location is connected with the Coquitlam location.

If you can/would like to work at both locations, flexibility is wonderful :) Interviews will be conducted at the Coquitlam location (3039 Anson Ave.).

We are looking for a commitment of two to five days per week during the following times: * Monday through Friday afternoons/evenings from 2:30-7:30pm * Saturday mornings from 9:30-1:30pm * Must be available for Friday and Saturday shifts, though the more shifts the better!
