6-Month Leadership Track | Fully Remote

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This is a paid 6-month leadership and training track designed for strong IELTS / TOEFL tutors who want to grow beyond teaching and take on long-term responsibility within an education company.
Time Commitment: 15 hours per week
• 5 hours/week — Structured training & team meetings
(live sessions, mentorship, feedback, leadership development)
• 10 hours/week — Applied work
(teaching, student support, coordination tasks, and hands-on program responsibilities)
Format: Fully remote
Outcome: Full-time Academic Program Manager role upon successful completion
