PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This is a paid 6-month leadership and training track designed for candidates interested in university orientation, mentorship, and student guidance. The role goes beyond admissions advice — it focuses on helping students understand themselves, choose the right academic direction, and build realistic, meaningful pathways.
Time Commitment: 15 hours per week
• 5 hours/week — Structured training & team meetings
(live sessions, mentorship, feedback, leadership development)
• 10 hours/week — Applied work
(student orientation sessions, profile analysis, coordination tasks, and hands-on program responsibilities)
Format: Fully remote
Outcome: Full-time Academic Program Manager role upon successful completion
