TW DC Trade & Customs Specialist

Ensures smooth execution of trade activities by managing customs documentation, tracking shipments through customs clearance, and resolving operational issues. Manage compliance with trade regulations, conduct audits, and provide training to local teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Planning & Cost Management

•Review and approve transport and trade invoices.

Specialised Operations & Administration

•Provide training to local teams on changes in trade regulations.

•Oversee processing and day-to-day execution of customs filings and related documentation, including customs declarations, bill of ladings and invoices for all international movements of goods, including commercial and NCG.

•Monitor inbound shipping schedules to ensure timely customs clearance activities and coordinate ETAs with receiving warehouse team where required.
