About the Role 
此職位將負責維護與拓展銀行通路合作關係，並透過策略性專案與獎勵活動推動業務成長，協助公司達成整體營運目標。
This role is responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with bank channel partners. The position drives business growth through strategic initiatives, incentive campaigns, and close collaboration to achieve overall sales and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • 通路關係維護與開發
    維護既有銀行／保經代通路業務關係，並與潛在合作夥伴建立穩固夥伴關係。
    Maintain existing bancassurance and broker channel relationships and establish partnerships with potential new collaborators.
  • 銷售活動與獎勵規劃
    規劃並推動銷售獎勵活動，以實現營運與業務目標。
    Plan and implement sales incentive programs to support business performance and revenue targets.
  • 溝通協調與流程管理
    作為公司與合作夥伴間的主要聯繫窗口，確保業務流程合規並符合雙方目標。
    Serve as the key liaison between the company and partners, ensuring compliance, smooth communication, and mutual business success.
  • 市場洞察與數據分析
    蒐集市場與合作夥伴資訊，進行數據分析並提供多元分析報表。
