Tweetalige Customer Advisor EV Charging – Lease­rijders (Franstalig)
Functieomschrijving:
De Customer Advisor ondersteunt uitsluitend lease­rijders bij vragen rondom elektrische laadoplossingen voor thuisgebruik. De focus ligt op begeleiding en regie tijdens het proces van levering, installatie, aansluiting en gebruik van de laadpaal, waarbij de leasemaatschappij veelal kaderstellend is. De rol vraagt om duidelijke communicatie, strakke opvolging en professioneel verwachtingsmanagement.
Kerntaken
Telefonisch en schriftelijk klantcontact met lease­rijders in Frans en Nederlands
Uitleg geven over het installatie- en aansluitproces
