Twilio Flex Engineer

MadLoops is looking for a Flex Engineer to join our team. We're rebuilding a contact center platform from the ground up — taking over from an external vendor and making it fully in-house.
What you'll be doing:
Building custom Flex plugins (React/TypeScript)
Working with TaskRouter, Studio Flows, and Twilio Functions
Integrating Flex with internal APIs and systems
Migrating existing functionality to clean, maintainable code
What we're looking for:
Experience with Twilio Flex plugin development
Strong React and TypeScript skills
Familiarity with Twilio APIs (Voice, Messaging, TaskRouter)
Someone who can own features end-to-end
Nice to have:
Experience migrating or rebuilding legacy systems
for backend/serverless work
You've worked in a contact center or support operations environment before
