Two Positions As IT System Operations Engineers

About the position
In the Department of IT at UiT the Arctic University of Norway, there are two permanent 100% positions available as IT System Operations Engineer in a newly established Section for research services and infrastructure. The new section will be operational from January 1st 2026.The section is also responsible for client and core networks, network-related services, monitoring and logging, as well as operation and maintenance of data centers. The section consists of about 40 employees, and has three service teams: High-Performance Computing and AI, Research Platform, and Infrastructure. These positions will be associated with the Infrastructure service team.- Tasks
