Responsibilities include assisting the lawyer and legal executives in real estate transactions, preparation of documents, Filing and scanning of documents, Handle calls, correspondence and confidential documents,
Manage calendars and appointments of lawyer, Perform data entry, filing, photocopying and faxing,
Prepare invoices.Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
A team player and a meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, initiative and integrity,
Good communication and organisation skills,
Computer savvy,
Good command in English,
Ability to multi-task, and
