Job Description

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.• Prepare and manage HR reports, documentation, and employee files as per company standards.• Ensure all employee-related practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.• Coordinate with the PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.• Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, and absences, ensuring adherence to company policies.• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including reviewing attendance records and deductions.• Manage end-of-service calculations and processing of employee settlements in accordance with labor regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.• Certifications in CIPD, SHRM or equivalent is an advantage.• Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.• Familiarity with HR software or HRIS platform...
