UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Lead - Banking Domain

We are seeking a skilled UAT Test Lead with deep expertise in banking and financial services to lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for complex banking products and regulatory initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, hands‑on testing experience, and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders in a hybrid delivery environment.

In this role, you will

• Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for banking products, including cards and regulatory initiatives.
• Develop UAT solutions and make recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Perform user acceptance testing for projects of various complexities, including but not limited to developing & managing the test strategy, creating & reviewing test cases to ensure traceability, executing test cases, escalating issues, logging outcomes, ...
