About This Role
CAE, a global leader in simulation training and operational solutions, is seeking a UAV Maintenance Instructor specializing in the Edge Autonomy Penguin C VTOL and DJI M30T. The successful candidate will train and guide maintenance technicians to ensure the operational readiness, safety, and performance of these UAV systems. This role involves developing training programs, conducting hands-on training sessions, and ensuring adherence to CAE's high standards in aviation and mission-critical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Training and Instruction
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the maintenance of Edge Autonomy Penguin C VTOL and DJI M30T systems.
Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and classroom instruction to enhance technicians' skills and knowledge.
Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure proficiency in maintenance tasks.
