UC Engineer Sr.

What will you do?

• The engineer will be part of the client's IT Infrastructure Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC) team based in Manila.
• Support UCC operations, projects, and other related activities as required.
• Research new solutions related to virtual collaboration for our client globally.
• Monitor and resolve level-2 UCC tickets, ensuring all incidents are closed within the SLA.
• Comply with all IT and Corporate quality and compliance requirements.

What do you need to succeed?

Technical Experience Requirements (experience with at least 2 of below services)

• Other virtual collaboration with smart devices or solution in the market
• Microsoft Teams (Meeting and Calling)
• Zoom Video Conferencing
• Mural Whiteboard
• Microsoft Whiteboard
