UCC Engineer

• Proven experience in fulfilling customer orders and implementing UCC solutions and products.
• Specific experience with the following UCC solutions:
  • SIP Trunks
  • Hunt Lines
  • HPBX (Hosted Private Branch Exchange)
  • MPBX (Managed Private Branch Exchange)
  • Contact Centre Solutions
  • WebEx
  • Operator Connect
  • Microsoft Teams (including Direct Connect)
  • Call Recording Solutions
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Experience with NetAxis APIO.
  • Experience with BroadWorks.
  • Familiarity with Yealink and Polycom phones.

Required Certifications

• Networking and Communication Certifications:
  • CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
  • Ribbon SBC (Session Border Controller) Certification
