UGC Game Business Development Specialist

Role Overview:
We are looking for a UGC Game Business Development Specialist to focus on developer partnerships and the expansion and maintenance of various business collaborations within the Roblox ecosystem.
This role will be involved in executing and supporting initiatives related to developer partnerships, brand/IP collaborations, advertising, and in-game business cooperation. We hope you possess genuine, long-term experience within the Roblox ecosystem, coupled with strong communication skills and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developer Partnerships
Research and identify promising Roblox UGC game developers and projects.
Assist in facilitating partnership negotiations and ensuring the smooth implementation of partnership processes.
Evaluate project potential based on core data metrics (retention, engagement, monetization, etc.).
