UGC Game Operations Specialist (Roblox)

Role Summary

We are looking for a UGC Game Operations Specialist to support the growth and data performance optimization of UGC games on the Roblox platform. This role is ideal for candidates with several years of in-depth Roblox gaming experience, a strong sensitivity to game data, and a desire for long-term career development in game operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor core game data metrics (DAU, CCU, Retention, Engagement, Monetization Trends).
• Analyze player behavior and propose optimization suggestions.
• Assist in planning game update schedules and event strategies.
• Track content performance and traffic data on new media platforms.
• Conduct competitive analysis within the Roblox UGC ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must possess at least 2+ years of actual, in-depth Roblox gaming experience.
