UGC Game Operations Specialist

Role Summary
We are looking for a UGC Game Operations Specialist to support the growth and data performance optimization of UGC games on the Roblox platform.
This role is ideal for candidates with several years of in-depth Roblox gaming experience, a strong sensitivity to game data, and a desire for long-term career development in game operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor core game data metrics (DAU, CCU, Retention, Engagement, Monetization Trends).
Analyze player behavior and propose optimization suggestions.
Assist in planning game update schedules and event strategies.
Track content performance and traffic data on new media platforms.
Conduct competitive analysis within the Roblox UGC ecosystem.
Requirements
Must possess at least 2+ years of actual, in-depth Roblox gaming experience.
Familiarity with common Roblox UGC game genres (Simulator, Tycoon, RNG, Obby, etc.).
