Job Description
Yoto is on a mission to give kids the magic of audio - and paid media is one of our most powerful growth engines. UGC is an integral part of bringing Yoto’s ads to life - and this role exists to make sure we never run out of it. The UGC Manager owns the sourcing of UGC creators: monitoring our existing organic community posts and identifying key champion content, sourcing and vetting talent outside of our wonderful community, briefing to a high standard, QC-ing raw footage, onboarding UGC platforms, and keeping the roster healthy so the team can move at pace.
You'll work closely with the Creative Strategist - briefing directly from their templates - and hand off clean, usable footage to the Content Creator for editing and production. The measure of success is simple: the team always has what it needs, when it needs it, without chasing.
