We’re a hyper-growth DTC beauty brand with hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide, and we’re looking for a UGC Manager / Content Manager who can own the entire lifecycle of user-generated content — from recruiting creators to delivering high-performing content for ads.

What You’ll Own (Responsibilities)

• Coordinate scripts, briefs, and talking points with our creative strategists & content creator.
• Review content quality (UGC, A-roll, testimonials, demos) and request revisions.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines & compliance rules .
• Track and filter UGC across social platforms (TikTok, IG, Meta Ads, TikTok Shop).
• Manage store reviews (Shopify/Amazon/Yotpo) — highlight top ones, flag/remedy negative ones.
