UHT Engineering Technician

As the UHT Engineering Technician, you will help ensure the smooth and reliable operation of our UHT and RO plants by carrying out preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance across a wide range of industrial equipment. You will report directly to the UHT Maintenance Lead and work closely with production teams, contractors and the broader site maintenance group.

This role is hands‑on and varied — you’ll be involved in equipment servicing, fault diagnostics, installations, and continuous improvement activities. You’ll also support inventory management for engineering parts, contribute to site reporting systems, and play a key role in maintaining our strong Health & Safety, Quality, and Food Safety culture. The position operates on a rotating shift roster, including call‑outs as required.
