UI Designer (Figma & Design Systems)

We’re looking

for a mid-weight UI Designer to help deliver high-quality digital interfaces across Torpedo’s client work. You’ll turn wireframes, user flows and UX documentation into polished, intuitive designs that feel effortless to use.

This role suits someone who loves detail, enjoys solving design problems, and takes real pride in producing clear, consistent and visually refined interfaces. You’ll work closely with the UX Director, creative teams and developers, contributing to our design system. You’ll be naturally curious, embracing new tools including emerging AI design features, to help improve speed, consistency and creativity. You’ll be proactive, collaborative, and motivated to support both client needs and the wider goals of the business.
